# How do I cancel my account?

We hate to see Ring Jenny users leave, but if you need to cancel your plan you can follow the steps below:

1. Log into your Ring Jenny admin account
2. Navigate to the Account tab, then the Billing tab
3. Select "Manage Billing' from the Payment Details & Invoices section. This will open the Stripe billing portal
4. Select the 'Cancel plan' button in the Stripe billing portal
5. Confirm your selection by selecting 'Cancel plan' on the next page

You will have access to Ring Jenny and all of your account features until the end of your current billing cycle, and will be charged for any minute overages for the month. You can turn off your Ring Jenny forwarding at any time to avoid overage charges.
