# How to have Ring Jenny request additional information from callers when leaving a message

> Have Ring Jenny ask specific questions during calls so you can better qualify your leads

If you would like your Ring Jenny agent to collect information when callers leave a message, such as their address or favorite color, you can add custom questions specific to your business by following the instructions below:

1. Navigate to **Agent** **Settings** -> **Message Questions**
2. Locate the **Add Question** section on the page
3. Select '+ **Add** **Question**' button
4. Write the question you would like Ring Jenny to ask the caller - Ring Jenny will ask the question exactly as written, so phrasing is key
5. Remember: Ring Jenny already gathers the phone number of the caller and asks for their full name!
6. Publish your changes

* With all updates to your Ring Jenny agent, we recommend calling your agent after publishing and testing them to ensure you approve of the caller experience for your business.
