# Train Ring Jenny on Your Business Hours, Services & Pricing

> Teach Ring Jenny your business details — hours, services, and pricing — so it gives every caller accurate, confident answers every time.

Before Ring Jenny can answer your callers' questions, it needs to learn about your business. Training takes just a few minutes and can be done using your website, Google Business Profile, or by entering details manually. The more complete your training data, the better Ring Jenny performs on real calls.

## What Ring Jenny Learns

After training, Ring Jenny will know your:

## Training Methods

Choose the method that works best for your business — or combine them for the most complete results.

    Paste your business website URL and Ring Jenny automatically reads your site in seconds, pulling hours, services, pricing, and contact info. This is the fastest way to get started and keeps Ring Jenny aligned with your public-facing content.

    Paste your Google Business Profile URL and Ring Jenny pulls your verified business information directly — including hours, categories, and your business description. This is especially useful if your GBP is more up to date than your website.

    Type or paste your business details directly into the training form. Use this method if you don't have a website, or if you want to provide information that isn't published anywhere online, such as internal pricing tiers or service area details.

## How to Train Ring Jenny

    Log in to your Ring Jenny Account and click [Agent Settings](https://app.ringjenny.com/voice-agent/agent-settings?tab=business-information) in Business Information tab. You'll see all available training methods on this screen.

  <Step title="Add Your URL or Enter Details">
    Choose your preferred training method:

    * **Website or Google Business Profile URL** — paste the full URL and click **Scan**. Ring Jenny will read the page and extract your business information automatically.
    * **Manual entry** — fill in the fields provided (business name, hours, services, location, pricing) and click **Save**.

  <Step title="Review What Ring Jenny Learned">
    Once the scan or import is complete, Ring Jenny displays a summary of everything it learned. Read through each section — business name, hours, services, pricing — to confirm the details are correct.

  <Step title="Edit or Correct Any Information">
    Click **Edit** next to any section to correct inaccuracies or fill in gaps. For example, if your website lists seasonal hours, you can manually update them here to reflect your current schedule.

    Click **Save**  to apply your changes. Ring Jenny begins using the updated information immediately on all incoming calls.

## Best Practices

  Ring Jenny reflects the information it was trained on. If your hours or services change on your website, retrain Ring Jenny so it stays current. Outdated training data is the most common cause of incorrect answers.

  You can use more than one training method at the same time. For example, scan your website for general info, then use manual entry to add pricing details that aren't published publicly.

  You can retrain Ring Jenny as often as you need to — there's no limit. Your most recent training always takes precedence, so feel free to update your information whenever your business changes.
