How to set up email and text notifications
Too many accounts to manage already? We get it. You can set up email and/or text notifications to alert you any time you get a new call to your Ring Jenny account, giving you a brief overview of the call and a direct link to the call detail view.
To set up email and text notifications, log into your Ring Jenny account and navigate to the Account tab. Under the Notifications section toggle on the notifications you would like to receive.
If you would like to receive text notifications, you will need to designate a phone number capable of receiving SMS messages and all standard rates will apply.
