Before Ring Jenny can answer your callers’ questions, it needs to learn about your business. 5

Best Practices

Ring Jenny reflects the information it was trained on. If your hours or services change on your website, retrain Ring Jenny so it stays current. Outdated training data is the most common cause of incorrect answers.
Launched a new service? Changed your pricing? Moved locations? Head back to Dashboard > Training and run a new scan or update your details. Retraining takes less than a minute and ensures callers always get accurate information.
You can use more than one training method at the same time. For example, scan your website for general info, then use manual entry to add pricing details that aren’t published publicly.
You can retrain Ring Jenny as often as you need to — there’s no limit. Your most recent training always takes precedence, so feel free to update your information whenever your business changes.
